Strata lot Storm water and soakwell installation for a client in Beckenham.
Installation of 6 x 1800x900 soakwells, Geofab wrapped with blue metal surround and interconnected 100mm pvc pipework ensuring all existing services were located and protected at all times.

 Installation of new SEP’s and Gully’s on existing pits - city of Nedlands.

We replaced 10 x SEP and 1 x Gully

On this particular job we had to remove and replace the lids with new spec lids to meet the city of Nedlands standards. Some were over existing 1200 pits, some were over old school brick manholes and a few over 2400 x 1800 soakwell liners with offset conversion slabs. All lids were set to finish level ready for profiling, new kerb and Asphalt.
